All refunds result in STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

  • All items must be returned within 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase; ex: your packing slip. Please return your item(s) in original packaging (if possible).
  • Some items are exempt from being returned/exchanged including: Bodysuits, Accessories, Swimwear, Holiday, Flash sale, and Sale items. These items are FINAL SALE. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Shipping costs for returning your item(s) must be paid by you unless the item received was damaged. If the item was received damaged please contact us at Info@JamesMarieBoutique.com
  • Please Note: Original and Return Shipping Costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s) being returned.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive a gift card via email in the amount of the return minus any shipping fees. If denied, we will notify you to explain the denial.
