All refunds result in STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All items must be returned within 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase; ex: your packing slip. Please return your item(s) in original packaging (if possible).
Some items are exempt from being returned/exchanged including: Bodysuits, Accessories, Swimwear, Holiday, Flash sale, and Sale items. These items are FINAL SALE. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping costs for returning your item(s) must be paid by you unless the item received was damaged. If the item was received damaged please contact us at Info@JamesMarieBoutique.com

If you are shipping an item over $75, Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE: Return Shipping Fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive a gift card via email in the amount of the return minus any shipping fees. If denied, we will notify you to explain the denial.
