Service

How can I get in contact with someone if I cannot find an answer to my question on the frequently asked question page?

Please contact us at Info@JamesMarieBoutique.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours or sooner. Please include order number if applicable.

How do I proceed for any questions, compliments or complaints about my order?

We prefer to take all questions, compliments, or complaints via email (Info@JamesMarieBoutique.com). This allows us to fully address your concerns.

What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?

We will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies and that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find NO discrepancies, then we would suggest that you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service). Give them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS changed the status of your tracking to delivered. 

What if I received my package but an item was missing?

We will open an investigation. Please allow us 1-2 business days to investigate. If at the conclusion of our investigation we do determine that WE made an error while packing your order, we will immediately ship your item (at no cost to you) and send a promo code for future purchases. If at the conclusion of our investigation we determine that WE DID NOT make an error, we suggest contacting USPS for further investigation.

How can I change a product on my order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to adjust an order once it has been logged. Please contact us (RobynClark@JamesMarieBoutique.com) immediately. Please include your order number and any additional important information. We will try out best to update your order prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that all orders are shipped 24-48 hours after completing your order (unless otherwise noted). 

Can I modify the address once my order has been validated?

Do you charge tax?

Yes. We operate out of Pennsylvania where Sales tax is 6 percent, an additional 2 percent is added to purchases made in Philadelphia. However, most clothing items are tax exempt. Items not included in the exemption are non-clothing items like Accessories: Sunglasses, Belts, Hats, etc.

Is shopping online at your site secure?

Yes. Our shopping cart processes all information by using the latest SSL128-bit security technology.

Do you keep my personal information?

Yes, your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Please Note: Credit card information is not stored.

Do you sell or trade any of my information?

Absolutely Not. We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Where does my product ship from?

Elkins Park, PA (right outside of Philadelphia)

How long does shipping take?

All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. All items are received within 5-8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation (unless otherwise noted) 

Is it possible to have same day delivery? 

Unfortunately, we operate solely online and are unable to provide same day shipping.  We ship priority mail by way of USPS.  Once orders are processed you should receive your order within 2-business days.  Please contact us at Info@JamesMarieBoutique.com for additional information.

Who is my package shipped through?

All orders are shipped by USPS.

Do you ship Internationally?

Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We Do Not ship internationally at this time.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
